Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
After a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
15 Fathoms is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will help open a carrier claim.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, email us immediately.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee interception or rerouting.
Customers are responsible for reshipment fees.
International Shipping
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of:
- The packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged product
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
