Returns & Exchanges — 15 Fathoms

We stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of sand, salt, hair, odors, or damage

Because our products are designed for ocean and outdoor use, any item showing signs of wear, water exposure, or use cannot be accepted.

Wrong Size / Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we’ll help you exchange it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product, contact us within
7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
